About Amy

Amy Russo is a stay at home mother to two beautiful children in Cherry Valley (upstate New York), where she herself grew up and learned to bake.  After years of making professional-grade cakes for her children’s birthdays, Amy began her own cake business, hoping to share her passion and flare for design with the world.  

Along the way, Amy has participated in bridal shows in Cooperstown and Oneonta and created a diverse portfolio of baked goods to share with her customers and friends.  

Amy Russo Cakes has become the thriving business it is today thanks to her friends and loyal customers who come to her for all of their baking needs.
